His frustration with the lack of local contractor interest and capability in smaller projects at his home drove him to “retire” from high tech after spending 25 years. His goal was to bring a stronger level of responsiveness and client care to home improvement. He believed Case has the right model to do this with guaranteed quality.

We’ve earned Diamond Certification in two remodeling categories for four consecutive years and we’re highly rated on Angie’s List, winning the coveted Angie’s List “Super Service” Award in 2007 and 2008. We’ve also been recognized as one of the Top 500 U.S. Remodeler’s in Qualified Remodeler Magazine in 2007 and 2008. Also, in the last two years, five of our kitchen projects have won “META Awards” from the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). And perhaps the best measure of our performance is that after only 4 years, nearly two-thirds of our business comes from referrals and repeat clients.
